Parking
Please Observe Council parking meter signs. You will need to download the Cellopark Australia App to pay for parking meters.
Please Note: parking at the rear of the building is for our staff only, thank you.
Booking your initial appointment
Please call or email us to enquire about our doctors current waiting time for an initial appointment. You will need your GP or medical specialist referral to be faxed to (07 3102 8508). Once the doctors have reviewed your referral, to triage and ensure how they can best meet your needs, our friendly admin team will be in contact with an initial appointment time.
If you require urgent assistance please contact your GP or present to your nearest emergency department/hospital. Bellmount House does not provide emergency or out of hours care.
Please do not use our email for urgent clinical issues. In the event of an emergency please call 000 or present to your local emergency department.
There is no crisis or out of hours service provided through Bellmount House. If you feel this may not meet your needs, you must discuss this with your individual psychiatrist.
Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders are sent via text message automatically to your nominated mobile phone number, we ask that you please reply Y or N to these reminders to advise of your attendance.
Please do not use the text message service for lengthy communication with either admin or your psychiatrist. These messages may not be received or overlooked in the calendar booking system.
